Yellow Tail Tech has been an incredibly positive experience, and I’m excited to continue growing in the tech field.
My experience with Yellow Tail Tech has been wonderful, truly, no complaints. The support has been incredible, and I’ve learned so much. It’s crazy how fast time flew by because we were so busy, but it was an amazing journey. I’m really glad I took this step. Moving into the tech field is helping me achieve a better worklife balance, which was my main goal. I love learning new things, and in tech, you're constantly learning. It’s a good field to be in.
My instructors have been wonderful as well. They’re always there for us, whether through Messenger or extra Zoom meetings.
The networking class was awesome, I never thought I’d be interested in networking, but I really enjoyed it. Ricky, my instructor, broke everything down in a way that you can understand.
I’m just getting started with the apprenticeship, and it’s so far, so good. I’m working on tickets now, and I think the apprenticeship will allow us to gain access to more tools and improve our troubleshooting skills. It’s not the same as the training, it’s a huge learning curve, but I’m ready for it.
